EXTENDED ACCESS TO A GP AND 24/7 ACCESS TO MEDICAL ADVICE

If you need to speak to a GP on a bank holiday, over the weekend or between the hours of 6pm and 8am, Monday to Friday when the surgery is closed, then please call NHS 111 (DIAL 111) who will help you to access the STAR service - Local extended GP out of hours service. To learn more about this service and how to access a GP when the surgery is closed please click the following linked image:

You can call 111 at any time for advice if you are unsure about a health situation when it seems to be less urgent than an Emergency. The call handlers will explain what you should do. Click on the logo above for more information from the NHS.
