Attached Services

The practice has a team of community nurses, attached to our locality, who work in conjunction with your doctors. They are able to offer a comprehensive nursing service to patients who are housebound or live in residential care homes.

Our midwife shares responsibility for your antenatal care with your doctor and hospital.

You can be referred to local Counselling services by your doctor or you can self refer to local services 

What mental health support is available to me? - Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (tewv.nhs.uk)

We do also have Mental Health Practitioners working alongside the doctors in the GP surgery. We can arrange an appointment at the surgery for you. Please ask a member of our reception team for more details.
