In a medical emergency

In a medical emergency, please do not contact the surgery. Instead, call 999 immediately or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. 

If you are currently in a mental health crisis call 111 and select option 2 or go to your nearest A&E department.

Practice Provision 6:00PM-6:30PM

Both Borough Road and Nunthorpe practice locations close at 6:00pm. If you need non-urgent medical help during the hours of 6.00PM and 6.30PM your alternative practice location is: Park Surgery,1st Floor, One Life Medical Centre, Linthorpe Rd, Middlesbrough TS1 3QY Or Call 01642 944229.
After 6:30PM please call NHS 111 or in the case of an emergency please call 999
