Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you, and how you perceive our surgeries and staff. To help us with this, we have a Patient Forum so that you can have your say.

We invite members of the Patient Forum to join us on a Wednesday on a bi-monthly basis for a meeting, held at the Surgery. The Practice Manager  attends the meeting chaired by a patient member. A free exchange of views on all aspects of the Practice's performance and plans takes place. Actions both for the Forum and the Practice are agreed with the objective of continuous improvement.

We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
